Prime UV-IR offers remote support capability on all new UV Curing and IR – AIR IMPINGEMENT Drying systems purchased after 2014. Prime UV-IR can analyze and diagnose most system issues via remote access. Prime UV-IR is also able to provide remote software/PLC code updates when preferred.
REMOTE SUPPORT
Prime UV-IR manufactures and supplies replacement UV and IR bulbs along with original parts that meet Prime’s strict specifications and high performance and reliability design standards. Using parts that conform to Prime UV-IR’s high standards ensures your system continues to operate at peak performance. This is most important with your System’s critical parts: i.e. bulbs, transformers, relays, and capacitors.
PARTS
Prime UV-IR offers PLC Upgrades to our older UV systems that, when completed, offer the customer the same remote support capabilities as our new UV and IR systems. Customers send their existing Prime electrical cabinets to Prime’s UV-IR manufacturing facility where they will receive a new PLC with either a 7” or 16” HMI. Concurrently, the returned System will be updated with many of the current updated electrical and mechanical features our electrical cabinets contain.
