PRIME UV-IR INSTALLS A COMBINATION UV AND LED UV SYSTEM ON A WEB OFFSET PRESS

Prime UV-IR manufactured and installed a UV/LED combination system consisting of 4 UV lamps and 1 UV LED lamp at Total Business Systems in Michigan. Total Business Systems purchased a late model 7-color Magnum Offset Press and came to Prime UV-IR to supply them with 4-500 watt 28” Prime Mini Max lamps to cure UV inks on their lottery tickets and a 28” PRIME IP3 UV LED lamp to cure their bar-coding system. Later, after the installation, TBS purchased 4 Prime IM 360 Ink Mist extractors which they mounted on the top of their most used print stations.
