Maverick Converting approached Prime UV-IR due to drying issues they were having on a critical adhesive converting line. Prime UV-IR customized a 65” IR-AK6 Hybrid highly energy efficient drying solution which, by combining the benefits of two diverse drying technologies into one drying chamber, eliminated Maverick’s adhesive drying issues, allowing them to dramatically increase process speeds, and improve profit margins.
